How to Nominate: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 2: Submission Process Fill in the form completely and attach all requisite supporting documents (CV, media clippings, photos, or testimonials). Please send your completed entry to both of the following email addresses:

Step 3: Verification & Certification Our team will scan and verify your documents. Once verified, you will be informed via email that your nomination has been formally accepted. To receive official recognition of your nomination, the following processing fees apply:
- Normal Nomination Certificate: Rs 1,000
- Framed Nomination Certificate: Rs 1,500
- Official Souvenir: Rs 2,500
Step 4: Digital Promotion We will publish the profiles of accepted nominees across our various media brands. Additionally, dedicated feature videos will be showcased on our official YouTube channel (@northindiastar).
Step 5: Final Selection & Awards Ceremony The final award winners will be selected by a jury comprising eminent personalities from each respective field. Winners will be announced during November-December 2026. Note: There is no fee for the final awards. The main ceremony will be held at a premier venue in North India.

- Award Guarantee: Nomination for the awards does not mean a guaranteed final award.
- Processing Fees: While the final award is free, the processing fees for a Nomination Certificate or Souvenir are mandatory if a nominee wishes to receive those specific items. Once paid, these items are assured.
- Jury Decision: The decision of the jury is final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or challenges regarding the jury’s final selection will be entertained.
- Content Rights: By submitting a nomination, you grant North India Star the right to use the provided information, photos, and videos for promotional purposes across our digital and print platforms.
- Information Accuracy: Any nomination found to contain false or misleading information will be disqualified immediately without a refund of processing fees.
- Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or format of the award ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances or administrative reasons.
- Non-Refundable: All processing fees paid for certificates and souvenirs are non-refundable.
